V Pong flips the classic paddle-and-ball formula on its side. Instead of horizontal movement it pushes you to control a single player setup where the action stretches vertically. The goal remains simple: keep the ball in play while navigating the screen's height. No blocks to break here just pure reflexes and timing. The Vectrex hardware gives it a clean geometric look that feels ahead of its 1998 release date. This minimalist approach focuses entirely on core mechanics. The vertical orientation creates a fresh challenge even for seasoned players. While it lacks extra features or modes it nails the tight controls and physics that defined its inspirations. A quick arcade blast that proves how much can be done with very little.
