Virtual Jockey was a horse racing simulator created by Right Stuff for the Virtual Boy console. Players controlled horses through race tracks using the system's stereoscopic 3D display. The game never reached release because Nintendo discontinued the hardware while development was still underway. Some of the mechanics and code from this unfinished project found their way into Jockey Zero on the PlayStation later on. There are no player ratings or community data since the title was canceled before launch. It remains one of those lost gems that fans of obscure racing games talk about in forums. The fact that developers salvaged ideas for a future hit shows how close it came to finishing. You will not find screenshots or gameplay videos online, so most details rely on developer interviews from back then. This project stands as a curious footnote in Virtual Boy history rather than a playable title.
