Wakey Wakey is a puzzle platformer that messes with your sense of space. You play as someone who keeps waking up on the floor of a room that refuses to stay the same. Every time you think you’re close to getting back in bed, the layout flips, stretches, or rearranges. You’ll hop between floating platforms, pull levers to shift walls, and repurpose everyday items like lamps and books to reshape the environment. The core loop is simple, reach the bed, but the way you get there changes with every reset. What sticks out is how cleverly it uses repetition and small surprises. Each run feels like solving a new puzzle with the same pieces. The shifting rules keep you guessing whether the problem is the room or your approach. While the art style is minimalist, the world feels alive through its constant tweaks. Early playtest chatter hints at a satisfying balance between frustration and clarity, with most players cracking the core mechanic within an hour. Just don’t expect to sleep through it.
It's late at night and you wake up to find yourself laying down on the floor. Somehow you must have rolled out of bed. Better walk across your room so you can get some sleep. Just when you're about to drift off, you open your eyes to find yourself on the floor again, but something seems... different.
