Waktunya Kerja! casts you as Bino, a young man juggling part time jobs to make ends meet in a large city. Each week you assign him shifts across three initial gigs ranging from retail to odd jobs, then tackle their mini games which test speed and accuracy. Between shifts you explore neighborhoods to find items, rest spots, or side quests that add depth to Bino's routine. As months progress new jobs unlock up to six total while rent deadlines and personal needs create mounting pressure. Resource management meets time planning in this low poly slice of urban survival. The game's charm lies in its relatable grind mechanics balanced with cozy exploration moments. Mini games feel brisk without being punishing letting you focus on strategy over pixel perfect controls. Developer Neorocket64 built this RPG Maker 2003 project during a 2025 game jam with help from Surabaya based team Manusia Pagi. While not graphically ambitious the tile based world feels lived in with quiet character moments and environmental storytelling. A modest 72 hour playtime suggests it's best approached as a bite sized simulation of modern life's delicate balancing act.
You control as Bino, a young man working in many part time jobs off home town for his family. In this life (work) simulation game, you can help him set his weekly work schedule, work hard in his jobs with minigames, and wander around the city to find many stuffs; something you can buy, somewhere relaxing, or some others that took Bino's interest. At the start, he has 3 part time jobs. But, as time passes, he can get more part time jobs with the total of 6 combined. With the deadline of his monthly apartment payment and the deadline of other urgency, will he be able to survive living in the city?
