White Water drops you on a river rapids race where speed meets survival. Guide a raft through twisting channels, avoiding rocks and drops. Each collision risks losing a crew member. If one falls overboard, you must retrieve them before they hit hazards downstream. Fail to act and your team shrinks. Outlast the current long enough to cross the finish with anyone left standing. The game’s tight controls and unforgiving pace make every run a white-knuckle sprint. Released in 1983 for Intellivision, it’s aged well as a test of reflexes and timing. With single player only and no frills, it focuses purely on the rush of near-misses and quick thinking. Simple graphics can’t dull the satisfaction of shaving seconds off your best time.
