Wisly and the Chickens! is a 2D platformer where you play a weasel outrunning a squad of angry chickens. The story’s a chaotic twist on predator-prey dynamics: chickens wrongly blame Wisly for egg thefts and chase him across farm levels. Your goal is to collect scattered cage pieces while dodging attacks, using跑酷-like jumps and environmental hazards to stay ahead. The controls are tight, with momentum-based movement that rewards precise timing over brute force. The game’s charm comes from its absurd humor and level design. Each stage packs cheeky jokes and visual gags, like chickens flinging eggs or weasels slipping on fruit peels. While it doesn’t break new ground in the platformer genre, the brisk pacing and escalating chaos keep it addictive. Players spend more time laughing at Wisly’s misfortunes than feeling stressed by deaths, a rare balance in side-scrollers. The 4-hour campaign is light but polished, with smooth animations and a soundtrack that leans into the slapstick vibe.

Storyline

Wisly and the Chickens presents the comical story of a chicken coop revolt against a fateful group of weasels. The chickens tired of having their eggs stolen decide to put an end to this story and with Galinacio help, they start their deadly search behind the weasels. However, when the weasels learn of the hens' plan, they immediately try to escape, leaving only a single weasel, Wisly. However, what the chickens did not know is that Wisly never agreed with the evil actions of others of his species, feeding only on small fruits from the farm. But when faced with that enraged group of chickens, Wisly has no chance to explain all this, needing literally to RUN for his life!
