Witch and Council is a deckbuilding roguelike where you assemble a team of witches and build a strategy-driven card deck to survive procedurally generated battles. Each encounter revolves around tactical card placement and resource management as you face off against enemies that adapt to your choices. The turn-based combat loops blend character abilities with environmental hazards, requiring you to balance immediate threats with long-term deck development. Between fights, you’ll navigate a branching narrative that lets you shape alliances and experiment with team compositions. The game stands out for its emphasis on small decisions leading to large consequences, with every card drawn and ally chosen influencing later challenges. Early builds can collapse under pressure while clever synergies open new paths, making replays feel distinct. Though release is slated for late 2024, early builds have shown strong community engagement, particularly around the game’s art style and the chaotic personality of its protagonist LULU. Storyline

Explore the dangerous yet mysterious space full of strange creatures with LULU. Widy: a planet full of Mana particles in the air. Widy has a similar environment to earth, however, due to the vast amount of Mana particles in the air, every creature has an innate ability to use magic. On this planet, where various tribes and monsters have coexisted, a portal gate opens on day and chaos erupts. LULU: the witch who is never satisfied. She is also a well-known troublemaker in the Magic Academy. She, who is looking to find powerful magic at all costs, eventually went into the innermost place of the academy. She stepped into the forbidden place. What makes her become crazy about studying magic? And why did the council try to stop LULU?
