Words In Progress is a quickfire puzzle game where you race to build words from letter tiles. Each match adds to your score and clears the board but the pace only gets faster. Play solo in Endless mode to see how long you can last or challenge others in head-to-head matches where speed and vocabulary collide. The game’s simplicity hides its depth with over 250000 possible word combinations keeping things fresh. Leaderboards and daily challenges add replayability and the minimalist design focuses on the action. Available on Mac since January 2024 it’s a straightforward test of word skills that plays as fast as it sounds.
