You perform poses across a range of programs and lessons designed by experts, with the coach demonstrating each move in real time. The game covers more than 150 postures spanning traditional and modern styles, offering a structured approach to building flexibility and focus. Sessions adapt to your progress with step by step corrections to improve form. The game was developed in collaboration with international yoga professionals to ensure accurate technique. Players appreciate the variety of poses and the clear instructional feedback during workouts. With support for PlayStation 4, PC and Switch since 2020 it remains a go to digital fitness tool for home practice.
