Yohane the Parhelion: Numazu in the Mirage is a deck-building roguelite with RPG and strategy layers. You play as a fortune teller trapped in a mirrored version of her town, where each run through the shifting Ura-Numazu requires building and adapting a card-based combat system. The world resets with new layouts and challenges every time you enter, blending resource management with turn-based battles. Progression hinges on upgrading your deck and unlocking abilities to counter increasingly bizarre threats. The game’s standout is its twisting mirror world concept, which flips familiar settings into surreal, procedurally generated labyrinths. Community feedback highlights the satisfying card synergy and the way choices ripple through both the mirror realm and the real-world narrative. With cross-platform play and a runtime averaging 8, 12 hours per playthrough, it’s carving a niche for fans of tactical depth and narrative experimentation.
