Yu Gi Oh Online Duel Evolution is a digital card battler where players build decks and face off in turn based duels. Based on the popular anime franchise the game lets you create and customize avatars to navigate parts of Domino City and Duel Academy. The updated interface streamlines deck construction and dueling mechanics with visual upgrades to the playing field. Multiplayer matches let you test strategies against others using cards from the established Yu Gi Oh universe. The game adds interactive NPCs in both locations including series staples like Yugi and Kaiba alongside new faces. While these characters don't influence gameplay directly they add flavor to the world. Released in 2007 it was replaced by Yu Gi Oh Online 3 Duel Accelerator in 2009.
