Zeal-X2 puts you in control of Redscar, a lone agent hunting down a lost mentor named Hank. You move through a 2.5D world slashing enemies while trying to reach King Nova's forces before they harm your friend. The game runs on PC and lets you play alone or team up with a buddy in co-op mode. Combat feels fast and focuses on headless action as you push forward against the Novacrons organization. Players seem to really enjoy the straightforward arcade style that keeps things moving without too much fluff. It is not a heavy narrative experience but rather a pure platformer focused on reflexes and getting through levels. The single player mode handles most of the story alone, while co-op adds some extra chaos when fighting groups of foes together. You will find yourself constantly attacking to clear paths toward saving Hank from King Nova.

Storyline

As agent "Redscar" you are on the search for your camaragden and mentor Hank to rescue him from the clutches of King Nova and his Novacrons organization.
