Dartmoor Softworks GmbH & Co.KG is a German development and publishing company founded in 2002 by industry veteran Klaus Starke, who serves as Dartmoor's CEO. The company offers the complete range of services: finance, marketing, public relations, translation and production. The company's first 2 titles, Dawn of Empire and Elixir, were third-party titles released by Dartmoor in German speaking territories only. Since then, additional games, such as Web of Power, have been released in English and other languages.
