Formerly known as Gremlin Industries and Sega/Gremlin, Sega Electronics was a subsidiary of Sega Enterprises, Inc. It was sold off to Bally Midway in 1983. It was eventually renamed to Ages Electronics, but doesn't work with videogames since 1983.
