Build structures, gather wood food gold and stone, and train units across eight civilizations including a later Korean addition. The core loop mixes base management with combat as you research technologies and upgrade through eras. Players engage in both solo campaigns and live multiplayer matches with friends or strangers. The game leaned heavily on familiar mechanics from the main series but adapted them for casual play with auto-attack systems and simplified micromanagement. It offered 14 total civilizations at peak but faced criticism for aggressive monetization and limited content updates. Active player count dropped sharply after its 2015 launch leading to a server shutdown in November 2016. Some community members still reference it as an early but flawed mobile strategy experiment.
