Rockstar North put together Agent as a single player tactical experience set during the late Cold War era. You play an operative navigating a web of espionage and political intrigue while trying to survive in a paranoid world filled with assassinations. The game relies on stealth and careful planning rather than open combat or action sequences. You move through missions that demand you think like a spy, gathering intel and taking out targets without leaving a trace. This title was announced years ago for the PlayStation 3 but never actually shipped to stores. Rockstar renewed the trademark in 2013 and again in 2017 before letting it expire in November 2018. The project remains one of those mysterious cancelled entries from the studio that fans still talk about. While you can play it, you have to rely on leaks or prototypes since no retail version ever existed.
