Princess Aileen of Gilkhatar wants out of royal life and an arranged marriage. To avoid either, she bets her freedom on raising 10 million gold in 25 days. This visual novel RPG blends dating sim charm with resource management as you navigate political schemes, romantic subplots, and desert-based challenges. Choices shape relationships with allies and rivals while balancing finances and time. Turn-based combat breaks up slower story moments, though the real challenge lies in outmaneuvering family expectations. The game’s 2006 release spanned multiple handheld and console platforms, a rarity for its era. While its hand-drawn art and branching narratives earned praise from niche RPG fans, mixed pacing and dated mechanics keep it from wider recognition. Still, the premise of a princess running a time-pressured business venture remains oddly compelling.
Aileen Olazabal is the only daughter and princess of Gilkhatar who wants nothing more than to lead a normal life and not be a princess. However, nearing her birthday, the King and Queen decided that she should marry and chose a husband for her. Wanting to live a normal life (which includes having a normal romance, falling in love, etc.), Aileen refused. This lead to a wager between Aileen and her parents; if Aileen could raise 10,000,000G in twenty five days, she's free to do what she wanted. If she failed, then she'd have to do what her parents had planned.
