Army Moves is a 1987 arcade shooter split into two distinct halves. The first half casts you as a jeep driver evading enemy vehicles and helicopter fire before switching to a helicopter combat segment. You must shoot down planes while dodging submarine torpedoes and ground fire then land safely. The second half moves to a jungle setting where you leap over obstacles dispatch enemies and retrieve secret documents. Completing all seven sections unlocks a bonus. The game stands out for its varied gameplay shifts between land air and jungle environments. Each section introduces new mechanics like timing jumps or managing ammunition. Players needing to input a code from part one to access part two added replay value. Available on multiple 8 bit platforms it's a relic of late 80s gaming that still offers fast paced action. The challenge curve and dual part structure keep things engaging even with its dated visuals.
