You play a nano-machine fighting viruses in a microscopic world. Tilt your controller to ripple the environment and herd enemies into clusters then fire to trigger chain reactions. Each level moves you through different specimens with shifting hazards and enemy types. The single player campaign has you clearing waves while the multiplayer lets you battle friends in similar high-speed showdowns. Controls focus on motion inputs for movement and attack timing. The game leans into physics-based gameplay with a focus on destructive combos. Sony Santa Monica’s polish shows in the fluid animations and responsive handling. Released in 2006 it was one of the first PS3 titles to highlight the console’s motion features. While not a huge hit it has a cult following for its simple yet frantic action. The six-axis controls remain its standout trait even if the visuals feel dated by today’s standards.
