"An endless runner that at least dares to try some different ideas, Corridor Z still unfortunately remains very much stuck in the mud of its two overplayed tropes found in its chosen genre and theme. It is, however, still a fairly serviceable runner that’ll whittle away a few minutes a day for a short time."

About

Creepy Corridors is a single-player arcade shooter set in a maze where you navigate tight corridors and blast enemies. You move through shifting pathways while dodging attacks and conserving ammo. The challenge comes from precise timing and memorizing layout patterns. Simple graphics and controls keep the focus on fast-paced action and reflexes. The game's retro charm and straightforward design stand out, offering a stark contrast to modern shooters. Released in 1983 on the Commodore VIC-20, it caters to players nostalgic for early arcade mechanics. With a small footprint and no frills, it proves early games could be tough and rewarding without complex systems.
