Grab your virtual rod and cast into six detailed lakes from the comfort of your couch. Hooked! uses Wii motion controls to let you reel in fish with the Nunchuk and Remote acting as your gear. The single player mode has you tackling different waterways while multiplayer and split screen options let friends join the float. Each lake has its own layout and fish species to track. The cozy vibe comes from the laid back gameplay focused on the mechanics of fishing without any cleanup. The lakes range from man made reservoirs to a crater filled with water. Released in 2007 it still has a small but dedicated audience who enjoy the realistic casting and tug of war battles with bigger catches.
