Little Deviants is a chaotic shooter built around the PlayStation Vita’s hardware quirks. From Bigbig Studios, this 2011 title tasks you with controlling a misfit squad using a mix of touchscreens, motion controls, and the device’s cameras. Each level encourages fiddling with the Vita’s features, tilt to dodge, scribble on the rear panel to trigger attacks, or use the front-facing camera to spot hidden enemies. The controls can feel gimmicky but mostly work in service of fast, unpredictable action.
