Lunaria Fantasia is a turn-based RPG where you play a mage stripped of her magic in a kingdom under threat. After a routine mission goes awry, you’re left with no powers and a map to track down five ancient relics. Battle monsters in grid-based combat using limited abilities, and manage resources carefully since every move drains stamina. Exploration drives the story as you navigate crumbling ruins and wildlands, uncovering lore about a shadowy antagonist and the magic system that binds the world. Progress by upgrading skills and gear, but success hinges on adapting tactics when spells suddenly feel scarce. The game’s standout is its tight feedback loop between combat and resource scarcity. Without mana, every decision feels weighty, and relic-hunting introduces new mechanics to test your adaptability. Early builds show a 78% completion rate for main quests among beta testers, with many praising the escalating tension as challenges scale with your limited upgrades. Character customization remains grounded, avoiding overpowered combos in favor of incremental strategy shifts. The story’s mid-game twist, a betrayal from a trusted ally, has already sparked debate in fan forums, hinting at deeper layers beneath the surface quest.
Lunaria, a court mage of the kingdom of Sagittaries, is sent to investigate ancient ruins with her comrades. But the seemingly simple mission goes terribly wrong. The ruins are full of monsters, and a mysterious figure appears and robs Lunaria and her allies of their mana, the source of their magic. Lunaria is told that her mana will not recover on its own. But there's hope. She may be able to use the ancient jewels of the five Great Mages to restore everyone's powers. As one of the few court mages left with any magic, she sets out on a lone journey to find the jewels. Her quest will be perilous, but Lunaria isn't your ordinary mage.
