Neighbours from Hell 2: On Vacation sends your arch-nemesis on a tropical retreat and gives you free rein to wreck it. You control a crew of vengeful troublemakers armed with gags, gadgets, and a camera crew to document every humiliation. The goal is simple: sabotage the smug neighbor’s vacation by turning fellow passengers against him. Use environmental puzzles, timed challenges, and slapstick mini-games to spill drinks on his suit, hijack his cabana, or lure him into awkward confrontations. The humor leans into absurdity, with escalating pranks that escalate from petty to pandemonium. The cruise ship setting adds layers of chaos, letting you target both the neighbor and his overbearing mother, who’s equally insufferable. Mini-games range from simple physics puzzles to rhythm-based antics, keeping the pace brisk. While the 2004 release shows its age visually, the gleeful spite and over-the-top jokes land well for fans of mischievous antics. The lack of multiplayer or modern polish might deter some, but the core loop of planning and executing pranks remains satisfyingly petty.
