Singstar: SuomiHitit is a karaoke game built for PlayStation 3 and available only in Finland. Up to four players can take turns or team up using split screen. The goal is to sing along to Finnish songs while a microphone tracks note accuracy and timing. Scores are based solely on hitting the right pitches at the right moments. Lyrics and vocal tone don't affect the results. The game strips away typical karaoke flourishes like lyric displays or harmony scoring. It focuses on raw musical precision which could frustrate or delight depending on your style. The track list includes Finnish hits that might be obscure outside the country.
