This plug-and-play TV game from Jakks Pacific lets you control a character with a simplified controller. The unit includes five built-in games one of which features side scrolling action. You punch kick and swing through basic levels using buttons mapped to simple moves. The system is designed for quick sessions with no setup beyond plugging it into a TV. The game is separate from the 2000 Spider-Man title with different mechanics and goals. A revised version later added support for the MV GameKey system though only one key was ever produced. Released in 2004 it targets players looking for straightforward casual action. The controller doubles as the game unit making it a self contained toy for younger audiences.
