Toro! Let's Party! is a lighthearted arcade game where players guide a talking cat named Toro through whimsical mini-games. The story mode tasks you with helping Toro collect gratitude by solving small problems for quirky characters, each tied to a unique challenge you unlock by progressing through the narrative. Choose single-player or multiplayer modes to compete or cooperate while customizing Toro and his companion Kuro with outfits ranging from soccer uniforms to afros. The 30 mini-games, refined from downloadable content, focus on quick, playful matches that emphasize charm over complexity. Released in 2009 for PlayStation 3, the game celebrated the Doko Demo Issyo series’ tenth anniversary. It was the first in the franchise localized in English, Korean, and Chinese, broadening its reach. Storyline

Toro continues to chase his dream to become a human after he left the player. One day, Kuro tells the white cat about the memory record which can grant any wish after you fill it with “gratitude”. So off Toro goes to help people. You will meet numerous people on your journey, help them solve their problems and have them thank you. Will you be able to grant Toro's wish at the end? The game is arranged in stories. Each story has a mini-game, you clear it to proceed toward the next story. Dress Toro and Kuro up as a chick, as a soccer player or give them an afro, with 30 types of mini games, gather friends around for rounds of cuteness. All the mini games on the disc are refinements of downloadable mini-games.
