Vital Light is a high-speed arcade shooter where you use a paint gun to neutralize waves of falling blocks. Five colors at your disposal let you match and eliminate blocks before they hit the ground. The gun rolls left or right at the bottom of the screen while blocks descend in shifting patterns. Holding fire and moving switches your paint color, a split-second decision that determines survival. Faster blocks overtake slower ones triggering avalanches, and miscalculations lead to instant collapse. The game’s frantic rhythm and tight controls set it apart. Co-op play adds another layer of coordination as two players share the chaos. Released in 1994 for Amiga systems, it balances quick reflexes with color-based strategy. With no room for error and escalating difficulty, Vital Light demands constant focus.
