They were founded in 2024 by members of the Flat2VR modding community as a subsidiary of Impact Reality, a marketing and PR company focused on VR/XR games branching into publishing work with the creation of this studio. The studio has announced work on Wrath: Aeon of Ruin VR, Roboquest VR, Flat Out VR and Trombone Champ: Unflattened.
