
Imagineer Interactive (イマジニアインタラクティブ株式会社) was a development subsidiary of publisher Imagineer established in December 1995 with two-thirds investment from Imagineer and one-third investment from the original president of Imagineer Interactive, who was also the president of Bell. The development staff apparently included six people who were seconded from Bell, three of whom were officially transferred to Imagineer Interactive. After a power struggle with Imagineer, said original president resigned on November 13, 1996. The company was dissolved in 1999.
