Interchannel-Holon Inc. was created through the merger of Holon, a PC software company and Interchannel Ltd. in 2006. The company was renamed Interchannel Inc. in 2008 following a merger with it's parent company, Index Visual and Games, before it was sold to LightWeight Co.,LTD in 2010 and shutdown.
