Neutronized

Italy Founded 2010 Website

We're an indie game team making classic games with a modern twist. This means we aim at games that are both innovative and pay tribute to great classics of the past, providing a genuine gaming experience for all players. Neutronized was founded back in 2010 by Gionathan Pesaresi and each game is now created by a team of people working remotely from all over the world. Our goal is to make game we love to develop and play! We've been focusing on mobile games, working with publishers such as Nitrome ldt and FDG Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG. All of our games have been featured on the App Store and Google Play Store worldwide, including our most successful title Super Cat Tales and its sequel Super Cat Tales 2. We are currently developing new exciting games for mobile and other platforms.

Neutronized at a Glance

Neutronized is an Italian studio founded in 2010 by Gionathan Pesaresi that has built a catalog of 19 titles on PlayPile. The company operates as both a developer and publisher, releasing most games under its own name while also working with partners like Nitrome Ltd and FDG Entertainment GmbH & Co. KG. Their output is heavily skewed toward mobile devices, with 16 games for Android and 16 for iOS. They have a smaller presence on PC with five titles and four releases for web browsers. The studio has been active from 2011 through 2025, releasing 11 games in the 2010s and eight more in the 2020s. Genre-wise, Neutronized focuses primarily on platformers, which make up 11 of their releases. They also produce indie adventure titles, arcade games, and puzzles, though these categories have fewer entries. Their catalog includes only single titles in the hack and slash, beat em up, and sports genres. Recent activity shows a steady stream of mobile content, with Super Cat Tales: Paws arriving in April 2023, followed by Shovel Pirate in February 2024, Shadow Trick in September 2024, Roar Rampage in March 2025, and Dino Quake in June 2025. The studio describes itself as an indie team making classic games with a modern twist. They aim to pay tribute to past titles while providing a genuine gaming experience for all players. Their most successful work appears to be the Super Cat Tales series, which has received significant attention on both major app stores. The company now consists of a remote team spread across the world rather than a single local office. While their bio claims their games are clever, the data shows a consistent pattern of reusing familiar mechanics within the platformer and adventure spaces. They have maintained a moderate output over fifteen years without a sudden explosion in volume or a complete shift in focus. Their ratings on PlayPile generally reflect standard performance for mobile indie games, with no indication of critical acclaim that stands out from the rest of the genre.
