No Cliché
No Cliché was created in July 1997 from the Adeline Software team. They were based in Lyon, France. In June 2001, SEGA Europe ordered a development halt for all Dreamcast projects, including "Agartha". The team was effectively disbanded and was never reactivated despite SEGA's announcement of a restructuring.
