Ouka Studio was a Guangzhou-based and Tokyo-based game development studio founded by NetEase Games in 2020. The studio was established to develop high-quality console games through a collaborative Chinese-Japanese team structure. Ouka Studio featured experienced developers from major studios including Bandai Namco and Capcom. The studio's only released title was "Visions of Mana," an action RPG published by Square Enix. The studio was closed in December 2024, following the game's release in August 2024, as part of NetEase's strategic scaling back of investments in Japanese game development.
