OutSide Directors Company (OSD) was a Japanese video game developer behind the Planetokio series and LSD Dream Emulator, founded by Osamu Sato This company also developed Osamu Sato's largest project, the LSD Dream Emulator. The company possibly merged to Asmik Ace Entertainment in early 2000s. Although it was declared defunct in Japan in early 2001, due to Osamu Sato leaving the company to work on his music for the albums "Equal" and "LSD Revamped", but over a decade later, Asmik Ace found new nesting ground in Greensboro, NC where it re-founded as an American company on September 29, 2016. By 2015, the company had ceased operations.
