DVloper at a Glance

If you are browsing PlayPile looking for a developer with a clear niche, DVloper is a Swedish studio founded in 2011 by Dennis Vukanovic. The company operates as both publisher and developer with a catalog of 17 titles. Their work spans from 2013 to 2021, meaning they produced most of their output during the 2010s with only two games released in the 2020s. This suggests a slowdown in activity after nearly a decade of development. The studio focuses heavily on mobile platforms, releasing all 17 titles for Android and 12 for iOS. They have also ported some projects to PC, with four games available on Microsoft Windows. Their genre focus is clear, as 16 of their games fall under the Indie category and 14 are Adventure titles. Horror appears to be their primary theme based on their most famous series. The quality of their games leans toward average ratings. The studio has an average IGDB score of 60.7 across three rated titles. Their rating breakdown shows no great scores above 80, but they do have two good titles and one mixed entry. Their best-rated work includes Granny 3 from 2021 with a score of 61.8. The original Granny released in 2017 scored 60.3, while Granny: Chapter Two followed in 2019 with a 59.9 rating. Other notable releases include Slendrina X in August 2017 and The Twins in November 2020. Vukanovic began by making simple applications before switching to the Unity engine in 2013 to create professional games. He did not release any titles for MacOS or Linux. While his horror series on mobile devices has garnered attention, the data shows a consistent pattern of mid-range scores rather than critical acclaim. The company remains active primarily within the Android ecosystem with a small but focused library of horror adventure games.
