Halifax S.p.A. (Previously Halifax S.R.L until 27 jan 1998), known as Halifax (With the last capital X) is an italian publisher of videogames and a division of Digital Bros. It was responsible for the publishing, localization and distribution of different well known IPs in Italy, alongside exclusive games for the italian market. On the 19 april 2000, Halifax S.p.A. changed its name in Digital Bros S.p.A. The HalifaX brand is still active exclusively in the Italian market, especially on social media. The role of publisher for Digital Bros is now primarily in the hands of 505 Games, another division created by Digital Bros in 2007.
